An audio report by WDR on 27 February 2024 was about the young Beethoven, who had to save himself from a millennium flood on 27 February 1784.
The WDR literally says:
How did the "flood of sin" come about, which went down in history as the flood of the millennium and from which the young Beethoven also had to save himself from the window in Bonn?
First snow and ice, then the "flood of sin": Ludwig van Beethoven, 13 years old at the time, is already known as a concert pianist. The public only learns later about the danger he was in.
